Microsoft Corporayion Antivirus

Oh boy, I cannot wait for Microsoft to release their antivirus app. I am an unabashed fan of the anti-spyware. Of course I get critical over Microsoft creating a problem, then relying on the good will of indie developers to plug the holes. Yeah, I used to use Spybot and AdAware... But the MS app does the best job of squirreling out those nasty doodads. For me, at least. And so it has become a critical piece of my XP install.

And so with a somewhat cautious but optimistic eye I've been keeping tabs on the MS-branded anti-virus software that's coming down the pike. And then you go and find something like this: "This is test company for microsoft corporayion." What is it? Yes, you read that right. A bizarre little link to Microsoft on their own Antivirus Parnters page. According to MS they are their own antivirus partner, sort of. Huh? Scroll down and see if it's still there. I had to stare for a bit to believe it. Somewhere an intern is cleaning out his/her desk... Don't sweat the typos gang, just bring back Patch Tuesday.
