Google releases Gmail Notifier for Mac OS X
Google is making an unfortunate habit of releasing many of its newest apps for Windows only, and even I, a Windows user, can see the folly in that. Once in awhile, though, they let a Mac product slip out, such as Gmail Notifier which is finally available for Mac OS X.

It was interesting, because in the Google blog post (http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2005/09/gmail-notifier-for-mac-os-x.html) they note that this won't be the "last native Mac application" that they deliver.
Google Earth Mac edition, anyone?

Anyone got a screengrab of it in the OS/X taskbar thingy? Is it a stylish black icon like the other OS/X icons or is it the fugly one that us Windows uses are stuck with?
