Xmail hard drive turns your Gmail account into a hard drive
There are other methods of doing this, but Xmail Hard Drive (formerly Gmail Hard Drive, now relaunched with new name due to trademark issues with the term Gmail) is a web-based service as opposed to a desktop client application as with Gmail Drive (and is thus also cross-platform). The service allows you to use the space in your Gmail account as free network storage -- upload and download files via their web-based interface. I've just been trying it out and, other than being forced to re-login at one random time, it seems to be working pretty well (it's still in beta, of course -- beta is the new black). If anyone else has experiences to report, please post up the comments.

there's an error with your URL. There should be 2 'd's in xmailharddrive.com but you only have one.

I been using the Gmail drive shell extension for a while and been pretty happy with it, but sometimes it fails to work and sometimes files dissapear and you have to double check twice that it got uploaded correctly. I'll give this one a try also.

I like the fact that it supports files larger then 10 Megs
I've not tested it with anything big, like a few 100Megs, but i doubt it'd even need it. The gmail drive extension kept getting me locked out for some reason. So this seems pretty cool, i'll give it a shot
