Give Safari a Stand
For quite some time now I've been wishing for some extra Safari
features such as better bookmark management and popup blocking
features. Oddly my dreams were made real not by Apple but by Hetima
Computer, in the form of a great freeware plugin by the name of
SafariStand. This plugin is a formidable swiss army knife of browsing extras and enhancements: a "stand bar" with enhanced bookmark management and history, (colors, labels, etc.) a "quick search" with link shortcuts, colorized source view and a simple RSS reader. There's also an "Action" button that can be added to Safari's toolbar which offers a wealth of individual site customization like popup block/allowing, cookie management, resource viewing and even tab sorting.
But wait, there's more.. a lot more! Check out SafariStand's site for screenshots but head's up: the site at times is a rocky English translation from Japanese, so the plugin also has a home at PimpMySafari.com. So try it.. you'll like it - especially since it's free!
[Thanks to everyone who pointed this out.]

I have another thing that will impress you:
add the following two urls to your bookmarks bar:
safaristand://jp.hetima.history/
safaristand://jp.hetima.bookmark/
They allow you to search your history and bookmarks, respectivly. And for the final touch, put them among your first 9 items on the bookmarks bar, and you have hotkey access to easially searchable history and bookmarks. (hit CMD-1 if it's the first item, CMD-2 for the second ... etc... )
I believe some of this info is from Jon Hicks (HicksDesign.co.uk & PimpMySafari.com)
