Stream TV for free via Orb

Kevin over at PVR Wire has written a review of Orb, an app that lets you stream media from your Windows PC to any internet-connected computer — including Macs and Pocket PCs — in the world. This would be cool enough in itself, but Orb takes it one further by streaming video from any of a dozen supported TV tuner cards, essentially letting you take your cable TV with you wherever you go. Best of all, it's free.
